SYGMATEL acquired MODIF, specialist in high and low voltage

The SYGMATEL group strengthens its presence in the Paris region by acquiring MODIF in NANTERRE (92). Specialised in high and low voltage electricity, MODIF employs around twenty people for a clientele of large accounts in industrial and tertiary activities.

Thanks to this acquisition, the Ile de France division of SYGMATEL should achieve a turnover of €6M in 2018 with around thirty people and the ambition to achieve €10M within 3 years. 

SYGMATEL is a group of 4 companies – SYGMATEL ELECTRICITE, SYGMATEL ELECTRONIQUE, VAUGEOIS and SYGMATEL ENERGY – specialised in services related to the electricity (power, lighting, distribution, electronic and audiovisual security, sound, computer networks, television networks, intercom, fire detection and project engineering).

The head office is in Saint Herblain (44) and the group has offices in Nantes, Saint-Nazaire, Vannes, Rennes, Le Mans, La Roche-sur-Yon, Angers, Châteauroux and Tours.

SYGMATEL forecasts consolidated sales of €35 million for 2018 with a total workforce of 280 employees.
